As a cultural exchange program sponsor, we maintain and support our teachers from the day they are in US. GET help out the teachers with the USCIS visa approval, pre and post departure orientation. We will support for their relocation and make sure that they are successful with their transition.

Prof. Tangirala S Reddy is the founder of Global Enterprises and Training and the Director of recruitment. Dr Reddy’s extensive experience in the field of teaching, research and management has given him an overall knowledge of the International education and training. He has been advising and teaching various courses to the students for over three decades at various universities that include Georgia Institute of Technology, Tulane University, Xavier University of Louisiana, Southern University, Nunez Community college in New Orleans and Gulbarga University in India.
Dr Reddy moved to United States in 1990 in the capacity of exchange visitor as a scientist to the Tulane University, New Orleans. As an immigrant he gained required knowledge and developed an extensive background regarding the regulations pertaining to J1, F1, H1, and employment based permanent residency rules. He has knowledge on student management system and familiar with the office policies, applicable laws, rules and regulations, SEVIS, and fsaATLAS in Banner software system.
Dr Reddy actively involved in the local community and the global community and cares the diversity in their progress and involvement in cultural exchange and education. He has been chosen as Telugu community leader of Greater Atlanta for over two decades and very successful in imparting his knowledge to the younger community in the field of STEM program.
As the director of recruitment at GET, Dr Reddy can bring combination of team leadership, strategic planning, and educational advising skills that he have leveraged to meet and exceed the expectations of Educational institutions in America. Dr Reddy can easily embrace new cultures and enhance the educational initiatives in America with his extensive experience and knowledge in the field of science, management and training.
Mr. Sudhakar Reddy Yellu is the Director of Operations at Global Enterprises and Training. He has been working as a teacher since moving to the USA in 2006. He currently works as a math teacher in the public school system in Metro Atlanta. He also holds multiple teaching certifications, some of which include a clear renewable teaching certificate in Mathematics and Physics, Gifted in field. He also completed certification in AP calculus and AP physics certifications.
He gained a lot of knowledge and experience by teaching diverse students at all levels. Mr. Sudhakar believes connecting with his students and understanding their cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds has helped him be a successful teacher and he is passionate about passing on the knowledge to the new teachers.
As the Director of Operations, Mr. Sudhakar can help new teachers adapt with the necessary skills and transition smoothly to the American educational system.
